GWSSB

The GWSSB (Gujarat Water Supply & Sewerage Board) mobile application has been developed to enable field-level tracking, closing, and monitoring of handpump repair tickets across assigned areas and locations. The platform supports field engineers and office staff in managing complaint tickets, inspections, and spare-parts consumption for handpump maintenance work. Field officers use the application to view tickets raised for their area, carry out on-site inspection, and close tickets after recording the repair work performed, including the parts used, remarks, and the office responsible for the assignment.
