Useless app
This app is of no use. It doesn’t function properly, and complaints are never resolved. Don’t expect anything from it; it’s just a waste of time.
As expected from a govt department
Your website doesn’t work it is not compatible with mobile, it doesn’t download pdf and on your app state and district column is empty in drop down menu when you try to sign up! Once again substandard work from the inefficient govt staff 100 drawn 10 spend!
Completely Useless app
This app is useless. No any government department take complaints seriously. They mark complaints as resolved without actually fixing the issue and the appeal link thereafter doesn’t work at all so there is no way to reopen the same complaint
Not working
Very disappointing experience. Neither the JK Samadhan app nor the website works properly. The grievance form does not submit even after filling all details and uploading documents. Citizens depend on this platform to report serious public issues, but technical problems make it completely unusable. Please fix the bugs and improve the reliability of this service urgently!

Useless
This app is of zero use. It doesn’t work as the government presented, and the resolution of grievances in the field is practically zero. Complaints on the ground remain pending with no follow-up. This app offers no real help to the public.
