Absolutely horrible
This is the absolute worst app I have ever used. Between creating an account, having to verify it, and sign in a thousand times, then getting your account locked before you can even upload your gift card. What a joke. Avoid at all costs
Unable to use App
I was given a Gyft card for a local restaurant (not a chain or big name on their list). I have not been able to use it. Their app did not allow me to Rate them nor how to call for Support.

Sign up experience is horrible.
App or website doesn’t allow you to check balances or view supported gift cards prior to installing the app and signing up.
After I went through that trouble it turns out it didn’t support my gift card anyway. I paid nothing and still feel I’m owed a refund for dealing with this.

Poor UI and Balance Check
I’ve tried to use this app to support local merchants and the UI and balance check support is nonexistent. Poorly designed and thought out.
Worst app to date
I spent 1/2 hour just trying to enter one gift card into this and got nowhere. Had to continually re log in. Then I was locked out for too many log in attempts. Very poorly written app. I’d rather carry 20 gift cards with me then try this app again.

The gift cards never work anywhere. Total garbage. Avoid at all costs.
Great App -
I just ordered a gift card from target and it worked amazing. They do need to update the graphics on the app and that more people know about it cause not too many people. I don’t know about this app. It’s amazing about every gift card online.

Absolutely awful. Bought a $25 speedway gift card and it was never sent. Tired to resend it multiple times and it never worked. Then I called customer service, the hung up on me, called again and they gave me a terrible answer. This is a complete scam and do NOT buy anything from here.

Absolute Scam
DO NOT EVEN TRY! The app has all power to intake your funds, gift cards and contact lists but WILL do everything to stop redeeming the gift card balances. #1) App says I’m outside the country and can’t login. Not true. When I finally get the account login, the app functionality works to purchase or import gift cards. #2) However the redeem option doesn’t work and says I’m outside the country. Terrible!
#3) Their help buttons do not work plus there’s no phone number mentioned here in the app. I had to go to TrustPilot.com for their contact information and other customers’ experiences.

Designed to trap funds within a gift card. Endless loops of authentication that go do not allow access of funds.
Worst App I’ve seen TO DATE as a consumer and developer
as a developer and person who uses many apps, I was shocked to see how bad this was developed and unusable it is, almost as if they intentionally designed it this way to trap your gift cards in their app. Everything seems so bad that I could ask ChatGPT to rewrite this and it would do it better even with hallucinations… the devs need to be studied or they are getting payed little to nothing… your telling me they updated this 6 days ago for “bug fixes”??? A lot more you’ll need to fix. hasn’t this been around for more than a decade??? Their website still has Ellen plastered all over it like it’s 2013 😭

Do not use
I started using this app a few years ago and it worked great until 2025. The app stopped working and I could not log in. I had hundreds of dollars of gift cards in the app. Fortunately I still have the original gift cards.

Cannot look up balances
Grifter company. Cannot access gc balances anywhere in the app, only ‘add’ a card or buy even more. Totally useless.
Not helpful
There are many places that are not included in the already prepared list of stores/restaurants. The problem is there is no way to add a gift card unless it is on the list of places. Therefore, my opinion is that the app is not helpful because you cannot have all your gift cards in one place. Some will be in the app and some will still need to be elsewhere.

I have a gift card that was supplied by gyft. It says to download the app to check balance. No where in the app can you check a balance, and if I try to add a card, I can’t find the vendor on the list of names. Incredibly unintuitive, poorly designed, and a waste of anyone’s time
