About

Gym Log is a minimalist workout tracker built for lifters who'd rather spend time under the bar than tapping through a cluttered app. Add exercises, log sets and reps, and move on —no feeds, no ads, no noise. Your strength training sessions sync automatically to Apple Health, so your activity rings and fitness history stay accurate without extra work. Mark favourite workouts for quick reuse, track personal records over time, and see your progress at a glance. Privacy is the default. Your health data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud / Apple Health account — we never sell it, share it, or send it anywhere it doesn't belong. Built for lifters, by lifters.

What's New in Gym Log

1.2.0

October 13, 2026

A new Progress tab, built around your programs. • Every exercise now sits under the program it belongs to, with a mini chart, your latest top set and how far it's moved, so you can see what's climbing and what's stuck at a glance. • NEW PR and STALLED tags. A PR now counts extra reps at the same weight, not just a heavier lift, and a lighter deload set never counts. • Tap an exercise for its own page: chart your top set, estimated 1RM, volume or total reps, tap any point to see that session's sets, and use the arrows to step through the rest of the program. • Charts now show all your history, not just your last 12 sessions. • Fixed a doubled header on session screens.
