FAQ
How does WLog automatically increase my weights?
WLog uses a double progression system. You set a rep range for each exercise (e.g., 8-12 reps). Once you hit the top of that range for a working set, WLog automatically adds weight for your next session. You can customize the increment amount.
Can I use WLog without an internet connection?
Yes, WLog works offline. You can log your workouts, track progress, and utilize features like the rest timer without needing an internet connection.
What kind of workout plans does WLog offer?
WLog supports custom routines and offers a library of pre-made plans, including 5x5, Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, dumbbell-only, and bodyweight plans. The foundation programs are free, while PRO unlocks the full library.
How does the AI program import feature work in WLog?
You can import your workout program by taking a photo, screenshot, pasting text, or uploading a PDF. WLog's AI will convert it into a routine, identifying exercises, sets, and rep ranges. It can also read CSV exports from other apps.
Does WLog sync with Apple Health?
Yes, with your permission, WLog can sync your workouts and body weight data with the Apple Health app. This allows for a more comprehensive view of your health and fitness metrics.
What are the subscription options for WLog PRO?
WLog offers several subscription plans, including monthly ($6.99/P1M), 3-month ($20.99/P3M), 6-month ($41.95/P6M), and yearly ($39.99/P1Y) options. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial.
How does WLog handle missed reps or sets?
If you miss your target reps for an exercise for three consecutive sessions, WLog will automatically reduce the weight by 10%. This helps prevent plateaus and ensures continued progress.
Is WLog suitable for beginners?
