App Free—NOT!
I downloaded what I thought was a free version to try it out and see if it met my needs. The app prompted for verification. I double clicked to download the app and it charged me $2.99 even though the download button stated ‘GET’.

I am very sorry to hear that there was an unexpected charge on your card. GET button in AppStore indeed indicates free download. Inside application there is a one-time "premium" in-app purchase that allows saving more workout programs and enables more features. App is aimed to be usable even without making a purchase. I Love the App!!
It has taken me a long time to find out a straight forward app like this. I want to create a plan in which I can use as checklist in the gym using my watch. There are other apps out there, but they have sooooo much stuff in there and a lot of it is useless to me. Thank you for the app! :)
Only one request - is it possible to have a watch complication for the app? I have a watch face specifically for the gym, and would love to add the app complication there.
