Great app been using it for few years
I’ve been using it for a while now and it’s become part of my routine, easy logging with minimal effort. love it.
The use of the App Watch is amazing
I haven’t tried too many workout apps but this one is far better than the ones I have tried. It’s clean has the widgets, the lock screen widget with an always on display is so useful, and it uses a timer in the Dynamic Island. Each of these things makes it so much nicer to use.
The Apple Watch app is amazing, just tap on the screen to confirm the exercise, it automatically knows how long you rested as it knows when you start and finish, counts the reps too. Just means your rest times are way more consistent than rushing to log it in, and it vibrates when your rest is over so you can start right a way.
I only wish the progress tracker was a bit better, atm it measures your max weight or volume or something else, so you only see improvement if you add weight regardless of reps increasing, perhaps there could be a see the 1 rep max estimation increase, so that you can see the progress as you do an extra rep each week but haven’t added weight. The estimation figure is already in the app.
Also the progress graphs, perhaps there could be a section for muscle groups in general, like your pec strength or bicep strength, see which one are lagging behind.
Also if you switch handles on cable exercises, you can no longer see the history even if they are very similar, idk I’d add historic for the same exercise but with different handles in another colour.

Best workout app out there
This is, by miles, the best workout app currently available. From the daily workout plan on the go, the live change of exercice if needed (with actually relevant options), the precise tracking of reps powered by AI to recognize movements, and the weight progression overtime, you can tell everything has been designed and thought by people who know what users want when they go to the gym. No to mention how regularly the app is being updated with new, exciting features. I cannot praise enough this app. Keep the good work!!!

Devs seem to have given up
I’ve had this app and paid for the premium subscription for years now. In the beginning I loved it. Any bus reported were followed up quickly. Now I encounter bugs and the team doesn’t even bother to acknowledge them. I will be looking for a different app to take my money to
