Worst app ever
I used it twice with my treadmill and now is showing server is busy try again later.
App “server busy please try again later”
Ughhhhh. So irritating. I’m trying to go into the app to start my treadmill and it always says “Server Busy Please Try again later” It’s so annoying

I’ve been using my treadmill through the app for 2 weeks and suddenly today it won’t let me sign in keeps saying server is busy PLEASE FIX
Worthless company
They sell you an appliance with a physical remote that doesn't work so they can steal your data through an app that also doesn't work. Trash! And they know it!

I can’t figure out why my treadmill won’t go over 3.0 anymore.

Horrible app
Would not connect to internet and language came up in a foreign language. I’ve had this treadmill for a few years and app always was able to connect. Seems like something fishy is going on. Deleted the app. Do not trust it!

New version is terrible. Cannot change treadmill speed reliably

C’est vraiment une application de base qui remplace la manette (qui ne se synchronise pas) avec mon tapis GoPlus. Après trois jours d’utilisation, impossible de continuer mon training, j’ai du tout recommencer. Impossible de créer son propre entraînement.

No Apple Health integration?
The app works fine and can be used as the remote control, as well as tracking activities. But the exercise data doesn’t show up in Apple Health. :(

This is app is a waste of time and adds no value.
Connecting is a pain, terrible localization, mileage tracking is buggy and impermanent. And no Apple Health integration so if you’re looking to get step/mileage data from this you’re out of luck.
I suppose you can use the remote feature as a backup, but that’s not a big plus

Useless app
It's doesn't work as intended. I shows inaccurate distance and pace. I wonder if it's even working or just there for showoff. It doesn't sync with apple health or fitness. I don't understand why would anyone design an app that is not compatible with anything else in the first place.
Needs apple health sync
At this point, that should be standard for a fitness app available on Apple devices.
Stuck on speed
Recently my treadmill will not go past 2.5. How do I resolve this. Reset is not fixing it and the app doesn’t have an update
Basic functions do not work
The pause button does not pause workouts but ends them entirely.

I get notices every day the app needs to be updated to fix bugs but the app doesn’t actually update!
Pause button is gone
I can put up with all the Chinese but was disappointed to see the pause button no longer pausing my progress but ending the workout and resetting the metrics. A pause feature is missing on both the remote and app during walking mode.
