Don’t bother with it
The actual treadmill is great but the app is terrible. Doesn’t connect to apple health or Garmin etc. I’ve not used the app for a bit and now I’m getting network error and can’t even login.
Beyond frustrated
The whole reason I bought the walking pad I did was because it had an app that gave you workout programs. I was hoping to just click on a program and go. I can’t even register an account because I can’t get past the loading page. Seriously tempted to send back the walking pad and buy a new one with a properly working ap.

Useless
App worked for 2 days now just says check network connection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled- still nothing.
No longer working
Not sure what you done but when I open my app it states network connection failed. The UI is also taking forever to load
Garbage
This app is garbage, stoped working after 2 days. No amount of troubleshooting can fix the Network error cannot it’s such a joke. Junk.
