Broken App?
I think the app is broken. It keeps giving me server error messages. I can’t see any workout courses or make any custom ones.

Yo SPX pin me to help yall. Alright so I’ve been using this app for a while. My dad found the walking pad dumbed on the side of a road. No remote. Did my research and found the app. Been using it for weeks now. Well about a few days ago got server error. Didn’t mind it but then I logged off trying to fix it and it wouldn’t let me log in. I said HELL NO. I don’t have a remote for it so I began troubleshooting. Uninstalled the app, connected and disconnected the walking pad. Nothing. Didn’t work. Then I turned off my wifi on my phone and it worked. Connected using my Cellular Data. So I decided to connect and disconnect my WiFi. IP issue. And it was. Everything worked fine now. So just connect and disconnect your WiFi and the app should work. Completely inconvenient and should be fixed imo but that’s how I got it to work again. Hope this work for yall like it worked for me.

Don’t bother with it
The actual treadmill is great but the app is terrible. Doesn’t connect to apple health or Garmin etc. I’ve not used the app for a bit and now I’m getting network error and can’t even login.
Beyond frustrated
The whole reason I bought the walking pad I did was because it had an app that gave you workout programs. I was hoping to just click on a program and go. I can’t even register an account because I can’t get past the loading page. Seriously tempted to send back the walking pad and buy a new one with a properly working ap.

Useless
App worked for 2 days now just says check network connection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled- still nothing.
