Don’t bother with it
The actual treadmill is great but the app is terrible. Doesn’t connect to apple health or Garmin etc. I’ve not used the app for a bit and now I’m getting network error and can’t even login.
Beyond frustrated
The whole reason I bought the walking pad I did was because it had an app that gave you workout programs. I was hoping to just click on a program and go. I can’t even register an account because I can’t get past the loading page. Seriously tempted to send back the walking pad and buy a new one with a properly working ap.

Useless
App worked for 2 days now just says check network connection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled- still nothing.
No longer working
Not sure what you done but when I open my app it states network connection failed. The UI is also taking forever to load
Garbage
This app is garbage, stoped working after 2 days. No amount of troubleshooting can fix the Network error cannot it’s such a joke. Junk.
Network error
Continuously says there’s a network error so you can’t use the app. The app was working fine prior to this week. Will update the review if it changes.
App won’t open
Restarted phone. Deleted app and downloaded again. Stuck on logo screen. Useless.
Can’t sign up
App just says network connection issue, will not let me sign up, my phone is connected to wifi and also has 5g and every other app is working fine. Waste of money buying the walking pad if the app is unusable and I can’t track my steps
Awful app
This app worked for the pre-programmed workout 3 times then it just doesn’t start the walking pad.
Too many app icons
I spent 10 minutes trying to find this app because it seems they change the icon every week I wish they can keep one icon 🙄
Does replace remote
Initially could not create account due to auth code error. Eventually decided to work and does replace the lost remote, which is all I wanted.

Bad Service
I typically don’t write customer reviews. However, after having issues with the product, I went onto the support section on the app. It says to send a message or contact them via phone at the provided number on customer support. I have 6 messages over a period of over a month and not one of them has been responded to. In addition, when you call the phone number provided, it says either it’s not in service or unable to receive phone calls. Every app needs customer support, and this one is terrible. I would not recommend.

Can’t use my walking pad with out it
My walking pad didn’t come with a remote just a QR code to this app , the app constantly says network error when trying to make an account. I can’t use the walking pad with out it . Please fix

Doesn’t work
This app is terrible. It doesn’t work, at all. It sits on the SPX page and doesn’t load to anything. - needed this so I could program my walking mat… looks like I wasted my time and my money! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
