Absolute rockstar!

This app, for the crazy low one time fee, is amazing. It tracks everything I do, allows me to change my routine mid-workout, build my own exercise and customize the UI! Using this app I have been able to focus my routine and lose 40 lbs while adding muscle mass! I tell everyone I see, I would wear GymBook gear and be sponsored everyday I go to the gym, which is 6 days a week.

All of the updates are worthless for me

All of the exercises and features being added are cool I guess, but I can add my own exercises if I want to, so I guess I’d rather have more practical features like more workout notification options and for the workout calories to be remotely close to accurate.

Non intuitive UI

I mean if you are going to make a workout app with over 400 exercises it would probably be a good idea to make the humanoid model the revolving face of the whole app, ae I open the app to a model of a person, I tap the part of the body I want to improve and it shows every workout that falls into that category and from there I can chose to easily add it to a workout plan. The ui is unfortunately very poorly designed but I don’t think this is changing anytime soon because devs tend to be stubborn to innovation now. Props however to having a one time payment option which I can gladly say I’m an owner of.

Had the app a few years

Only thing I would change is the way you select the weight. Most weights I have move up in increments of five. The app has it in 1 lbs when I switch between high rep and low weight you have to scroll for a minute. Having the option to move in increments of five would be nice.
Some times I take a break because of injuries or what not it would be cool if you had the option to have the weight for each set automatically reduce after being idle with the more time away the more the weight lowers. I have noticed after taking a month off that I have to spend time adjusting weights.

Great app but has serious issues

The app itself is perfect for making and tracking custom workouts. The main problem is the watch app since it never starts up straight away. I always have to force quit the watch app at least once every day. I'm lucky if it's just once. Other times it will eventually load but it will crash when selecting the first exercise in a workout so I have to force quit a few times. Finally whenever there's an app update the watch app refuses to connect. It can often take 20- 30 minutes trying things like watch or iPhone reboots, closing the apps etc. Right now it won't connect after trying all these things several times.

I've paid for the full package and this app is so unreliable I'm considering going elsewhere so please please please just spend some time on fixing these issues. I should not have to reinstall the app every time you release an update
