Apple Watch Sessions Start a session on your iPhone and your Apple Watch takes over, with live heart rate and heart rate zones on your wrist. Pause, resume or finish from either device, and the two stay in sync even if one of them restarts. Add Setgraph to your watch face with the new complication, and find your recent activities at the top of the list. Made for iPhone Duo On the larger screen, the Log tab shows your exercises and the one you are logging side by side, while summaries, body stats and more use two columns. Setgraph also reopens right where you left off. Redesigned AI Planner Choose your priority and the body areas to target, then watch your plan come together. Timers in the Tab Bar On iOS 27, your session and rest timers sit in the tab bar, so they stay in view on every tab.

Overall good app but…

Sometimes in the middle of a workout, the app will crash and continuously crash when trying to reopen it. Becomes frustrating bc I track everything in here so I don’t know my weight schemes or what’s next in the workout. Please fix this

💪

Great app 👍🏼

Great

Been using the app for years, great way to track weights. It gets hard to remember what weight/rep PR’s you have hit in the past and this is a great way to keep track so you know if you’re making progress

Overpriced

Overpriced for what it does, doesn’t assist in your progress in any way other than telling you to increase the weight. The ai plans are not good either, just find one online

App wasn’t recording exercises

So the app was recording exercises absolutely fine till the last update where there is clearly a bug as it’s recording in the “today” but not in your exercise list.

Sent an email to explaining with video and screen shot and whoever it was who replied tried to imply it was user error even though I’ve had this app for 7 months, been using it fine and to get basically ignored and told it’s not a problem and not their issue is moronic and passing blame when given pictures and video of the issue puts me right off wanting to use the app.

I’ll find a better one instead now.
