Male and female are mixed up on the app
Havnt used yet but questioning things if the app cant even get the symbol for male and female right. Makes me think theres loads more errors.

Vesper Not Synching
The app on the iPhone 11 will not sync with the steps, bpm, blood pressure, SP02 following all the advice to restart Bluetooth, the app, the phone and bracelet. No response from support

Will not pick up the fitness tracker
App stopped working
As per previous posts the app stopped working on my iPhone after three weeks. No option to update it and when clicking on the app support link there is no option to ask for help. Buying the watch to help improve my fitness management from a pharmacy I’m very disappointed that this should happen and feel as though money was wasted in the product

Disappointed
Bought a watch as I have had a Atrial Fibrillation attack and wanted to monitor my heart, after medical treatment. The first watch I had stopped working after a week. The replacement watch seems to work but the app I downloaded to be able to see trends has stopped working. I have tried deleting and reinstalling it several times with no success. I get the app but when it connects it keeps shutting down. Please help as I am 81 and don’t see what else I can do as I am not too good with these modern electronic devices.

App won’t stay open
This app worked for a short time but now after only a month when I open it the watch is disconnected. The app shows connecting but as soon as it connects and shows the watch status ( see the battery go Green and shows connected) the app closes. I have tried restarting both the watch and the phone. I have uninstalled and re installed the app but without joy. Trying to find any help just sends you round in cycles. Very disappointing.
