About
A workout tracker that keeps up with what you actually lift.
155 exercises with the muscles they work, routines you build yourself, and a log that records every set. No account, no feed, no coach telling you to crush it.
WHAT IT DOES
- Log every set with weight, reps and RPE, and it flags personal records as you hit them
- 155 exercises across every muscle group, each with a muscle map showing what it works
- Build your own routines: however many days, whatever order
- History as a calendar or a list, with volume and duration per session
- Muscle recovery, so you can see what you hammered on Monday
- A plate calculator, because doing that arithmetic mid-set is nobody's idea of training
- Progress photos, kept on your device
NEW: PROGRESSION
GymCoach has always recorded every set. It never showed you what those sets add up to. Open any exercise and GymCoach Pro charts your estimated one-rep max session by session, so "is my bench actually moving?" stops being a feeling and starts being a line.
YOUR OWN EXERCISES
155 movements cover the mainstream and miss the specific thing you do: the machine only your gym has, the rehab movement your physio gave you, the lift your coach calls something else. Add it once and it logs and charts like any other. Free keeps three.
Workouts, routines, history, personal records, the muscle map and the plate calculator are all free. Editing and deleting your own exercises is never gated.
GymCoach Pro is $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year, with 14 days free on the yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.

What's New in GymCoach
1.1
August 24, 2026
Progression, at last. GymCoach has recorded every set you have ever logged and never showed you what they add up to. Open any exercise and there is now a chart of your estimated one-rep max, session by session, built from sets that were already in the app. You can also add exercises of your own, for the machine only your gym has or the movement your physio gave you. They log and chart exactly like the built-in ones. Also fixes two things that were quietly wrong: every list row drew two disclosure chevrons, and a single exercise was described as "1 exercises".
