What's New in GymDroid

1.4.9

July 10, 2026

GymDroid 1.4.9. Smoother, cooler and more polished. SMOOTHER AND COOLER We trimmed the heavy graphics work running behind the main screens, so the app scrolls more smoothly and your phone stays cooler during longer sessions. SMALL THINGS THAT HELP The language picker is clearer now: no more confusing country flags, just the language by name. Exercise search gets a quick clear button to wipe your query in one tap. And duplicating a logged exercise is fixed, the screen no longer opens blank the first time and it now keeps your real RPE for each set instead of a default value. Use GymDroid as your gym strength log and workout tracker. Log reps, sets and personal records for every muscle group, chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, legs and abs, and build smarter strength training.

User reviews

The best workout tracking app on the market

I was a professional athlete for 12 years and during my career I have used many different workout apps.
One of the biggest issues I had was tracking my exercises inside the apps. Almost always some exercises would be missing from the menu and there were no options to add custom ones. The other flaws were statistics or UI.
But this app nailed it. It has one of the biggest list of exercises right of the shelf and they are well categorized, but the biggest thing is that you can make custom exercises and add them to the library with just few, easy to follow steps. Also the statistics is amazing, you can track each segment very well.

Yes there are some features missing, but I am sure they will add them on the go.

Huge recommendation to anyone that tracks exercise and progress consistently.
