What's New in Gymfy

1.1.0

August 1, 2026

Rebrand We decided to change the app's logo and make it more distinctive and memorable. Hope you like the new one as much as we do! Interactive walkthrough The onboarding has been completely reworked. The app now walks you step by step through creating your first workout day template and starting your first workout. You can reopen the walkthrough any time from Profile → Settings. Smarter reports Weekly and monthly reports now include an EFFECTIVENESS section that analyses your productivity and shows the training routine that works best for you — how often to train, with what rest between sessions and at what time of day. A fresh look We've refreshed the look of the app. Every dialog is now in the same light style as the walkthrough hints. On the workout screen the FINISH button is always visible — and to finish a workout you now hold it down. Sharper analytics Workout analytics have been improved and false regression warnings minimised. A regression in an exercise is now reported only when the decline is systematic. Workout start time The workout history now shows the start time of every workout. Ergonomics You can now reorder your workout days by dragging: on the workout templates screen, press and hold a template card. Reordering exercises while editing a template has been improved too — it is more comfortable and more predictable now. Empty workout guard If you finish a workout without a single set filled in, the app warns you and offers to go back and fill it in — or delete the workout. An empty workout no longer lands in your history and no longer skews your stats. Fixes A workout logged after 7 PM on Sunday no longer falls out of the weekly report — the notification about a finished report now arrives on Monday. An empty started workout can be finished, and adding an exercise during a workout takes one step. Confusing naming has been fixed: "workout types" are now "workout templates".
