1.6.10

NEW — NUTRITION • The Nutrition tab is rebuilt: calories, macros and water now sit together on one day card, meals are grouped by slot with per-slot calorie totals, and the AI coach opens from a single pill. • Ask the coach for meal ideas built from your goal and onboarding answers — pick the slot and say what to work around. • Import a full food program straight from the Nutrition tab. NEW — BODY & MEASUREMENTS • Track weight, body fat, 11 measurements and vitals, privately. Only you can see them. • Not sure how to measure body water or visceral fat? Every field now explains how, including tape-measure methods that need no equipment. NEW — SUPPLEMENTS • Build a stack in a tap, or start from a preset dosed to your bodyweight. • Reminders land when you actually take them — your protein shake is timed to when your workout ends, not to a fixed clock. • Your whole stack is visible on the Nutrition tab, with what's left today. IMPROVED • Quick log now shows exercise thumbnails and what your last session did, instead of bare names. • Import a workout is the first thing in the Library. • Proper support for tablets and large screens. • Exercise swaps know whether you're training at home or in a gym. FIXED • Water and weight reminders now actually fire. Some were silently never scheduled, even with the toggle on. • Several buttons across the app rendered with no background and were effectively invisible. All of them are back. • Notifications show the Gymia mark on black, and appear correctly while the app is open. • The workout player, Library filters and every remaining screen are fully translated across all supported languages. • Calorie and macro targets are now personalised correctly by sex. • The update screen no longer flickers against the login and onboarding screens. FIXED • Adding your first exercise now opens on the lifts you came for - bench, squat, deadlift, rows - with body-part filters, instead of an A-to-Z list. • The app no longer crashes on launch, or signs you out, when it starts while your phone is still locked.
