New Your plan from day one: At the end of setup, you'll see the weekly plan the assistant has put together for you. Exercise notes: Notes from your last workout show up right when you need them next time. You can also save lasting notes on any exercise, such as your seat setting. Flexible swaps: Keep a swapped exercise in your plan for good, or skip an exercise. Weight via the crown: On Apple Watch, set the weight quickly with the Digital Crown. Tools at the weight field: Open the plate calculator and warm-up sets right where you enter the weight. Smart warm-up sets: The number of warm-up sets now adapts to your working weight. Dumbbells per hand: Weights are shown the way people say it at the gym, e.g. "2 × 20 kg". Deload when you need it: GymLoad suggests a lighter week when your performance stalls or your recovery stays low. Improved When your recovery is low, GymLoad asks whether to adjust today's workout instead of changing it on its own. iPhone and Apple Watch now suggest the same values for your next set. Apple Watch tells you when a workout can't be started. The plan assistant chooses exercises that better match your goal and equipment, with more variety for shoulders and arms. The numbers on Today and in Statistics now match. Better support for large text and smaller iPhones. Exercise search is faster and shows the best matches first. The Live Activity, Apple Watch complications and iCloud backup are more reliable. Faster and more stable overall.
