I used the CheckForm app and was impressed by how the app was able to score my handstand. I got some good feedback and feel it was a fair score I received out of 10. I would recommend using this app for feedback on gymnastic skills. I only used for handstands as I am a handstand coach.

Customer service is amazing

So I got the app, thinking there was a free plan, which there wasn’t. So I emailed (customer service) and he told me there wasn’t a free plan but then he gave me 2 months worth of pro plan to try it out! Best customer service I have ever experienced.

Great app!

Great assessment and judging of skills. My son is motivated to keep improving his scores. When I had an issue with an update the developer was very responsive and fixed the issue quickly!

The customer service is amazing. They are very understanding and happy to help when issues arise. The app is easy to understand and for USAG seems accurate. I look forward to seeing what it looks like when they add judging for other countries

Awesome!

This is a great app for gymnasts to be able to have a judge anywhere they are. They can analyze videos at home or in the gym, & get great feedback for improvements! We’d recommend it to any gym family!

super user friendly and love the accuracy of the ai. The leaderboard is a great idea too. Would love to see a routine builder and difficulty recognition in future!

Once the app is worked on and has more experience it can be better however it is not the best. Put a bar routine and the skills were incorrectly named, coach was standing off the mat but quite close and it added 3pt deduction for coach assist when the coach never stepped on to the mat.

Did not work

I wanted to try the free analysis before purchasing anything.

All 3 uploads failed and then it told me I ran out of uploads for the day.

I recommend modifying your rules to make sure uploads work before you paywall

NAMES OF SKILLS

I really like this app but it keeps saying the wrong skill that the kids are doing. Like i’ll video a Tsuk, but it says that it’s a front handspring ? or i’ll video a front handspring and it says it’s a yurchenko… wish that would be fixed !!

Great App!

The app is great! We love how with mistakes of skills, it gives drills to help with correcting the skill! I do wish it gave better detection found for the gymnast on the event (i did try to upload 2 videos one from my daughters competition and it said “failed to find gymnast” and my daughter has more higher level skills 8+, but those skills are not listed…im not sure if there is a list for the higher level/skills in the app. For a closer to beginner/ level 2/3/4 competitor, i give this app 4 out of 5 stars and recommend for parents who want to learn more about gymnastics or see where their gymnast is getting their deductions! 🌟
