Unable to access my GymNation App

After resetting my password, I am unable to access my GymNation App, even after resetting the password again several times using “Forgot Password”. It keeps telling me there is an error!!! What should I do?

Needs a lot of improvements

This app is good in theory but it needs a lot of improvements. It constantly shuts down and it constantly says the user doesn’t exist. I’ve had to go inside the gym on multiple occasions just to fix the app so I could schedule a workout. Every time I change something on my account it’s causes an issue. Even my password caused an issue. Why is this? If this is our primary method of scheduling classes and gym time, then the app needs to be improved 100%. Please fix this app!
