Great for off season preparation
Loved how it asked about past injuries one idea I have is making the question about injuries a open response or a multiple choice because I have multiple past injuries that I need to be careful with and can affect my playing. Overall great app and is tailored so well to the player. As someone who’s high school team for my sport is extremely competitive this is great to help me prepare and get ready to play my best!

Very good!!!
Got this app due to it being the schools new program and I really enjoy it! The workouts are effective and I find them super fun. I do wish that the descriptions were a bit better or offered a visual gif or photo of the exercises. Overall very great and effective training app!!

Amazing app
I love this app! I love how well it personalizes the workout to me. With what kind of gym equipment I have to how long and how many days I want to work. I haven’t found anything wrong with it so far. It’s arguably the best at home fitness training app you can do as an athlete.

I love this app!!!, I never was really a type of girl to use an app to help me lift for my specific sport, I love how it targets my sport and my sport only helping me improve my strength. I feel like this app can be improved, like keeping a track of sets you do. This app is amazing and I recommend it for many people to use for their sport targeting their sports and their weaknesses

Amazing App
The app is great but I think that there could be more things that improve quality of life on the app like maybe the app could keep track of the sets we do to help us keep track of where we’re at in the workout and maybe something that could give a “complete” or done button fot certain exercises but other than that the app is amazing and a great way to implement AI into athletic training and this can definitely go somewhere in the future

Honest Review (Great App)
This is honestly a great app, better than my expectations. I personally would’ve never installed if it wasn’t for my PTA teacher Mr. Laguna. All In All this app is great for both New and Veteran Gym lifters. This is a guide to workouts for multiple sports and specific positions.
Cibola PTA App
Great app, helps me a lot with a position specific workout in a short amount of time for class. I use it during PTA for my school and I always get a good workout in! I do wish there was a place I can put my maxes and do reps based on my max percentage.

Gym pact is a good app it helped me come up with a routine for sport the only thing I would add if the app took a more open corse is normal workouts outside of sports.

I am a high schooler who is currently on off season for football and GymPact has helped me stay in shape and getting me ready for my next season too ball out for my senior year. Helps a lot with sports specific workouts that will really show on the field.

it gives good workouts and is considerate of the sport you pick. One thing I dont like is that you cant go back on days and you can only change your account once every two weeks , but other than that its good and helpful.
