About

A training plan built for you in 8 questions, and an AI coach who's always there. For people just starting at the gym and for those who want to train with less hassle. GYMPO — Gym In Your Pocket. A gym that knows you. The body you want isn't a question of willpower. It's a question of the right program and someone to walk you through it. Now both fit in your phone. A COACH WHO'S ALWAYS THERE A personal trainer means their calendar, paying for every session, and talking only inside the gym. Your AI coach is here around the clock: six in the morning before work, midnight after a shift, on holiday, in another city. It remembers everything: what you pressed last Tuesday, which knee you protect, the week you disappeared and came back. It explains why those exercises are in your program and edits it right in the conversation — "move shoulders off Wednesday", "what can replace squats" — and the plan rebuilds at once. Seven personalities, from quiet support to drill sergeant. Pick the one who fits you. A PROGRAM YOU COULD SHOW A COACH Eight short questions and your week is built around your goal, level, place and time. By default every muscle gets at least two sessions a week: that's where current strength-training guidance agrees, and it's the first thing downloaded programs get wrong. Prefer the classic gym split — chest day, back day? Pick it: a short guide shows honestly how every option differs, using your own week as the example. The app tracks your weekly volume and says plainly when a muscle group is falling behind or getting too much. The coach in the chat sees the same numbers — and will argue if you ask to drop back day from the plan. THE PLAN GROWS WITH YOU Hit the top of the rep range on every set and the app suggests more weight next time. Knee push-ups getting easy? It moves you to the full version. Every fourth week is a deload: fewer sets, same weight. That's how people progress for years instead of three weeks. YOUR OWN ROUTINE? GO AHEAD Have a program of your own? Open any day and make it yours: add an exercise from the catalog, drop one, change the order, sets, reps and rest. The app works out how long the session will take and tells you if your edits leave a muscle group behind. SEE WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO Consistency over the month, working-weight growth in percent, sets this week and readiness from your morning check-ins — all counted from your workouts, not from a questionnaire. Personal records, a workout calendar and a story card worth sharing. INJURIES ACTUALLY CHANGE THE PLAN Flag your knees, and squats, lunges and everything that loads a bent knee simply disappear from the program. Not "be careful" — gone. Same for shoulders, back and heart. 95 EXERCISES FOR ANY SETUP At home with nothing, at home with dumbbells, outdoors with a pull-up bar, or in a gym. Each comes with a technique breakdown: where to put your feet, how to hold your back, what not to do. Most are also shown in motion. GOAL WEIGHT AND FOOD Set the weight you're working toward and the app shows your body mass index and warns you if the goal falls below the healthy range. Calorie and protein targets come from your own numbers. Log a meal with a photo or a few words — "four slices of ham" — and see calories, protein and an estimated portion weight. Any entry can be edited. RECOVERY The morning check-in — sleep, soreness, energy — shows what load you're ready for today. NEVER LOSE YOUR PROGRESS Sign in with Apple or Google and your workouts, food log and records are backed up to the cloud: switch phones, sign in with the same account, and everything comes back. Reminders tell you when it's time to train. Signing in is optional. Three languages: Ukrainian, English. This app isn't a substitute for a doctor. If something hurts, see a professional first.
