About

Strength and endurance in one training log. Gymrapp is built for people who lift and run. Log a barbell session and a 10K in the same app, and finally see how both sides of your training add up. LOG WITHOUT FRICTION Sets, supersets, circuits, drop sets and intervals, all handled natively. Rest timers run in the background. Last session's numbers are already there when you start the next one. SEE REAL PROGRESS Weight progression and personal records for every exercise. Volume, calories and average heart rate per session. A weekly view that splits strength against cardio, so you know where the hours actually went. RUNS TREATED LIKE LIFTS Pace, elevation, splits and heart rate, synced straight from your watch. Runs are not a footnote in Gymrapp — they sit alongside your lifting history. PROGRAMS THAT FIT YOUR GOAL Hyrox race prep, beginner strength plans, powerlifting blocks, efficient full-body routines. Templates built by athletes, ready to start today. BUILT AROUND YOUR RACE Tell us your race date and we build the plan around it, balancing strength and running so you arrive ready. YOUR BODY, TRACKED Weight, body fat, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep and VO₂ max in one place. Connect a health source and let it fill in automatically. From a first barbell session to race week — Gymrapp works across the whole fitness spectrum. --- Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://gymrapp.com/legal/privacy

What's New in Gymrapp

v0.4.118

August 25, 2026

Workout tracking now shows average heart rate for each set, with clearer splits for structured workouts. You can swap exercises using tailored recommendations, recover interrupted program generation, and check for app updates in Settings. Health and Bluetooth syncing are more reliable, date and time pickers open correctly, subscription screens match your language and fonts, and invalid weights or reps are stopped before saving.
