Every time there’s a new drop, I add the items to my cart immediately. But as soon as I go to checkout, everything disappears from my cart and suddenly shows as “Sold Out.” I don’t even get a chance to pay.
It feels like the app is giving people false hope just to create hype. If an item is already unavailable, don’t let customers add it to their cart in the first place. This system is incredibly frustrating and unfair.
I’ve missed multiple releases because of this issue. Fix your checkout system instead of wasting your customers’ time.
