Needs to be sorted out

I’ve always loved the clothes from Gymshark and would buy regularly but it’s getting beyond a joke at this point. I bought the devant on the release date,I ordered the long sleeved shirt and the regular shirt but unfortunately I only got the one shirt. There was no email to say that it was going to get a refund or nothing,I’ve seen this happen to a lot of people so I would like an explanation of why this is happening.
