We train to be better than we were yesterday, so it’s only right that the Gymshark Training App keeps getting better too. We’ve taken on your feedback and made some changes to version v2.62.0 Heads up! Please update the app and log in again before September 2025 to make sure your data keeps syncing properly. If you don’t update by then, your info might stop syncing right. • The old system we used to manage your info isn’t around anymore, so we moved to a new one. It works the same way but with a fresh setup to keep things secure and organized. We switched to a new system that manages your info more securely and keeps everything running well. • We made sure the app still runs fast and stays reliable for you. We’re not done yet, but keep your feedback coming and we’ll continue to build the best workout app yet.

This app sucks! 🙄 there aren’t any workouts!👎🏻

Almost perfect

Would love for it to be correctly formatted for iPad and/or Roku tv so I don’t have to stop my music to go along with a video workout

Finally, an app that goes above and beyond for fitness!

I have tried so many apps to help plan out workouts and gauge improvement and every single one has started out with a cute little quiz and it looked all official to follow up with a payment plan. This is the only app that I have found so far that has all of these workouts made with tutorial videos on how to do them, and it also adds in different challenges you can do and a way to track and record your progress. I would recommend this over all other fitness apps. I have found so far.

Surprisingly Limited

No options for workouts using machines.

Great free workout app

Easy and intuitive app to use for workout tracking. I’m amazed it’s free as it has better functionality than other paid apps. The only reason I’ve given it four stars instead of five is because it doesn’t have an Apple Watch app so I have to look at my phone constantly.
