No longer working?
I love this app and will increase my rating if my issue is fixed. When I try to load the app, I just get a black screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve restarted my phone. App Support sends me to their website with no means of contacting the developers.
Not opening after update today
App shows it updated today but can’t open, just shows a blank black screen. Tried force reopening and closing the app and nothing while I’m at the gym. Unable to report the issue in the app since I can’t open it but will remove the review when it’s fixed this is just the only way I can seem to report this issue.

Waste of $
It’s gonna give you a super big discount on a two minute timer. Don’t fall for it. The workouts are terrible. They include exercise exercises for equipment you don’t put down that you have your gym. I put down that I wanted to be stronger or work on strength and wants to be doing bodyweight exercises. Don’t fall for the SCAM!!!

I’ve used this app while on deployment and have grown significantly not only in size but also strength very beginner friendly and just an over all great help !
Glitches
I had high hopes for this app, but it’s been pretty frustrating. It often glitches out—sometimes it freezes, and other times it just shuts down entirely. I’ve had to restart it multiple times in one session. It’s a shame because the features seem promising, but the reliability just isn’t there yet.

During some of my workouts the app will just crash or it will stop staying open and just let my phone go to the screen saver… it’s aggravating during a workout to deal with.. otherwise I love this app… fix the dam bugs

La verdad no es lo que uno espera los ejercicios no son completos no te da el peso, y lo realmente frustrante es que solo hablas con una máquina todo el rato que tampoco te ayuda al 100% yo estuve buscando la función de el registro de pasos y de ingesta de agua diaria y no la tienen!!! Esto lo encontró nefasto ya que si estás en el proceso de perder peso esto ayuda un montón es algo fundamental para mi como no van a tener esa función no me lo explico. Bueno es por eso y otros detalles que estoy decepcionada de esta app no la volveré a renovar estoy esperando que ya se termine el tiempo y no la usaré más traté de que me devuelvan mi dinero pero ni eso me respondieron así que la usaré hasta que se termine el tiempo la page ya por un año así que no queda de otra que usarla 🙄 es por eso que mi nota es la más bajo

Needs some touches
I’ve been having this app for a while, it’s over all good, but in the exercise needs some touches like, when you are in the rest you can’t see the bottom part of your reps or add reps

I wanted to give this app a fair chance, but there is no weekly program in the app. Honestly, I have never seen such a pointless app. Don’t waste your money on this.
Best Fitness App I’ve Used
Amazing app for staying consistent in the gym. The workout planning is simple, progress tracking is motivating, and the AI guidance actually feels useful. Helped me stay disciplined and improve my routine. Clean interface, easy to use, and great for anyone serious about fitness. Highly recommended.
New update is trash
New layout has taken away easy functions and tried to “simplify” with ai which tailors things to it’s recommendations. Setting and saving workouts was so much easier then this new layout

Used to be the best work out app but now it is very poor quality due to ai reliance. Do not get a subscription.
Not a useful app for calories tracking
I am using this app and subscribed for an year. It is not useful app to track your calories.. it is a mess. It’s not a user friendly app. When you try to enter breakfast detail it will get added in dinner or sometime gets into snack…I tried communicating to support but it’s waste of time and didn’t get solution. Whereas it is useful to track your gym plan.

Não tem um suporte em português muito bom. Série para Conjunto não faz o menor sentido como tradução. Faz 4 meses que eu pedi uma melhoria e acrescentar exercícios e até agora nada. O vídeo de animação dos exercícios sempre trava, todas as traduções de exercício não fazem muito sentido. Eu já paguei pelo app o que custa melhorar ele um pouquinho?

Beware
They don’t offer a trial and you won’t get a refund. This app suckered me into a promise of value, but severely under-delivered. It’s like many apps that believe everything is one-size-fits-all but doesn’t consider different lifestyles, access to equipment, specific goals are different in detail from one person to another. You’re better off choosing an app that lets you try it before you buy it. This one will tempt you with slashing the price, which suckered me, but at the end of the day, if I’m not going to use it, I shouldn’t have paid anything.
