Great app for tracking workouts

Very intuitive and easy to use. Setting up custom workouts and tracking history takes seconds. Great app!

A whole year membership is cheaper than a 30 minute PT session!!

I didn't know how to put a program together and this did it for me. It generated a plan based on my goals, my current weight and abilities and what equipment I have at home (and at the gym)…every exercise has a useful little animation showing the movement, and you can filter exercises based on what muscle groups you want to work on.
Also as you use it more it suggests you change your workouts and it explains why it's suggesting changes instead of just changing things. Three months in and I've stopped skipping leg day!!
NOTE…The free version lets you try the main features, and the annual plan is cheaper than one PT session!! Win-Win!

Response from developer

Thank you, this made our day. Hearing that the generated program got you training without having to piece a plan together yourself is exactly what we built it for, and the leg day line is the best compliment we could ask for. The explanations behind suggested changes are there so you stay in charge of your training, so it's great to hear they land. We're adding more exercise animations right now, and if there's anything you'd like to see next, you can reach us any time at support@gymtrack.io. Keep it up.
