When are you going to fix this buggy version of the app. It used to work great but now not so much.
Hijacked my account!
I’ve made multiple attempts to cancel my account when my church decided to go with a different online giving app. THIS APP WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT! I literally sign in with my username and password, then to supposedly delete my account I’m just supposed to go to my profile, enter my password to delete it, and that should be it. WRONG! The same password I use to log in is “not found” when I try to delete the account. I go into FAQ and it recommends to try changing my password. Automated customer service sends me an email with a link to reset my password. I click on the link and I follow the instructions perfectly to change my password (one capital letter, one lower case letter, one special character, at least 8 characters long) and...nothing. Simply won’t let me proceed. The page just keeps resetting itself asking for the new password which I kept putting in. Tried like 8 different passwords and it wouldn’t let me continue. I email customer support. They send me ANOTHER link to reset my password. Except this time the link provided just takes me to a page to donate more money. Nothing else. I can’t continue. Multiple emails have been sent to customer support and they just keep sending me links to reset my password. I figured maybe I’d just go ahead and delete my credit card information to make sure they don’t keep taking payments out of my card...NOPE. Can’t find anywhere on here to delete or change my credit card information. I bet if my card expired, you’d let me know how to change it! This app was fine while I used it but there is NO REASON to make it impossible to delete your account. I don’t trust this app. Something is very shady about all of this.

Sadly, it only works for some. Tried to sign up to give but the same email I send and receive from every day pops up the message that it’s invalid. Frustrating when you’re trying to do something good.

Since you cannot give IN the app, what’s the purpose of the app? Seems a waste. Tap “Give” and you’re redirected to the website. It’s 2020. Have you not figured out how to process transactions IN your app?
Premier Giving App
Easy to use. Quick sign up. More features than the competition and the backend support these guys provide is excellent. Encourages people to give for the first time and custom messaging from the portal helps charities target message to their donors.
I love to Gyve!
They makes it easy to donate money. I love that you can set up your donations to be one-time, recurring weekly or monthly. It’s even SUPER easy to change your donating options. And the round up option?!?! Whoa! I haven’t tried it, but it sounds like an awesome way to get rid of my change! Great work Gyve.

I love this new way of giving!
Love this Gyve App, makes my weekly offering so much easier. I added the rounding up feature so my spare change can help others through many local ministries in my church.
Impactful and user friendly
So pleased our church opted for the Gyve app. Not only is it simple to sign up, it has a “round up” option which allows your spare change to benefit your community. Our church does a great job of letting us know how our round up funds have been used. I highly recommend this!!!!!

My family tithes regularly and this app makes it so easy to stay accountable. I love the round up feature too...makes balancing my checking account easier.

Love this app!! Super easy to use. All set up for regular giving so I don’t have to worry about forgetting. Love the round up feature as well!!!

Weird
I was looking thru list of charities. And clicked on one to hopefully see who/what it was. And app wanted my payment method. And all I wanted was to investigate IF I wanted to utilize the app. There appeared to be no way to back out...

Great user-friendly app that gives several ways to make charitable gifts all the way from large one time gifts all the way down to left over pocket change. Great idea!

I love automating my monthly tithe. App was easy to use and signup was quick. The round up feature is cool and definitely unique.

Setup was very easy and painlessly walks you through linking you accounts to debit from, and who you like to give to.
The automated giving feature is very handy to schedule a pre determined amount on a automated schedule you choose.
The feature I like the most, round up, is another unique tool that allows your linked accounts to round up your purchases to the next dollar then donate when the amount reaches $20. To me, I wish the technology ( for a giving tool) was available when I first started tithing as it is a great tool for someone making their first steps wanting to regularly give.
