Utter Garbage

Can’t connect most of the time. When it does connect, it won’t save any changes and throws an error with no troubleshooting code.

Constantly asking for money. Extremely disappointed.

Money grab

A premium subscription to try bleed money out of its customers who already bought a pump?? This is a basic app that try’s to make money from you literally performing basic functions with your pump. This is scummy way to operate your business!

H2D includes many free features, that allow you to check the status of your DAB pump, receive notifications in the event of anomalies, monitor water and energy consumption, and use comfort functions. Another useless app

All these apps require internet connection and want your life history to operate. All I want is a simple app to connect to my pump and see what it’s doing. I don’t want you to have my information.

H2D offers many free features that allow you to check the status of your DAB pump, receive notifications in the event of anomalies, monitor water and energy consumption, and use comfort functions. We'd like to reassure you that registration is free and requires very little general information, but if you prefer not to register, you can always use the local connection, which allows free access to the available functions. Review

Some features are good but the options like sleep mode cannot be changed once set . I am trying to change from min to max and I cannot do it and it doesn’t save at all .

L’application est simple et intuitive, mais je doit avouer que un raccourci pour les fonctions Power shower et good night serait les bienvenues ainsi que la passerelle vers Apple home pour les possesseurs d’iPhone

New app terrible

Keep the old app so much better than this one which is so sloooow to load information.
No functionality to erase old errors in error history after error resolved - so end up with an error history of thousands - yes u can filter the dates of errors but they persist in the history causing slow loading of even one day of history..
No functionality to delete the last error on the front page screen again after situation resolved .. stays until next error comes along which could be months..
Note to developer - please fix this functionality & general speed of loading information.

The "reset errors" function is still available under the device section which can be simply accessed either by tapping on the arrow on error details, or from the quick actions list on the device section: from the home page select your installation --> select the device. Also the errors list is meant to show only the active issues, so if even after resetting the error it's still visible, it's likely to be still active on the device. Bonjour,
Le migration de dab live vers H2D a nécessité l’intervention du support qui a été réactif et efficace. L’application fonctionne correctement même si encore quelques latences sur l’affichage du débit par litre par exemple.

Useless unless you pay

I just spent $4K for a DAB booster pump. The installer told me I could turn it on/off and adjust the pressure with this app. True, but he didn’t say DAB wants 20 Euro/yr to enable all such actions. This is chintzy and cheap. Every other wifi-enabled appliance I have purchased for my home came with a free, fully functioning app. DAB should be ashamed to treat their customers this way.

New Update

The previous apps were ok but confusing to the homeowners. This makes it easier for them to upgrade if they want the extra features while my guys can still monitor. We deal with a few different brands and DAB system for the features and cost is still top notch. Got 22 pumps connected. Only issue is that I wish they had more than just the Esyline.
