Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't satisfactory. H2D offers many free features that allow you to check the status of your DAB pump, receive notifications in the event of anomalies, monitor water and energy consumption, and use comfort functions. We'd like to reassure you that registration is free and requires very little general information, but if you prefer not to register, you can always use the local connection, which allows free access to the available functions. We hope this suggestions are useful to you, but feel free to tell us more via in APP contact function or h2d.com.

The comfort functions settings can be changed freely, but it's necessary to stop them before changing their values. New app terrible
No functionality to erase old errors in error history after error resolved - so end up with an error history of thousands - yes u can filter the dates of errors but they persist in the history causing slow loading of even one day of history..
No functionality to delete the last error on the front page screen again after situation resolved .. stays until next error comes along which could be months..
Note to developer - please fix this functionality & general speed of loading information.

The "reset errors" function is still available under the device section which can be simply accessed either by tapping on the arrow on error details, or from the quick actions list on the device section: from the home page select your installation --> select the device. Also the errors list is meant to show only the active issues, so if even after resetting the error it's still visible, it's likely to be still active on the device. We apologise that you had a negative experience, but here's a suggestion for you: it's always possible to connect to the device for free via local connection, have a look at the "Local" button on the lower menu in H2D where you can find all information and step by step guide on how to connect to your device.
