Unable to pair with brand new H20 Audio. Online video for PlayList+ doesn’t work downloading from Spotify

Bluetooth is on, but the device is not able to be found. Cmon people
1980s tech
This app is horrible. How can you not allow offline sync from Spotify or Apple. EVERY app out there does it and those two are the only wisest api’s to integrate with. Having to mount the device as a drive is something we did 10 years ago. Please update
Recording music is terrible
Stops recording music after 2 minutes despite Bluetooth connection being perfectly consistent.
Worst app design
The actual headphones are great.
But this app was designed by someone who will never use it. It is poorly designed
It’s not intuitive. The instructions are non existent. They use abbreviations (BT mode). There are spelling errors. I work in technology and setting up headphones is a simple task. This took me 53 minutes
You can also not sync to device memory when charging.
Unfortunately we have to use this. But whoever is responsible for app product development needs to do a serious overhaul.
