Doesn’t support new devices
Unable to pair with brand new H20 Audio. Online video for PlayList+ doesn’t work downloading from Spotify
I can hear BT audio but nothing downloaded

Can’t connect
Bluetooth is on, but the device is not able to be found. Cmon people
1980s tech
This app is horrible. How can you not allow offline sync from Spotify or Apple. EVERY app out there does it and those two are the only wisest api’s to integrate with. Having to mount the device as a drive is something we did 10 years ago. Please update
Recording music is terrible
Stops recording music after 2 minutes despite Bluetooth connection being perfectly consistent.
Worst app design
The actual headphones are great.
But this app was designed by someone who will never use it. It is poorly designed
It’s not intuitive. The instructions are non existent. They use abbreviations (BT mode). There are spelling errors. I work in technology and setting up headphones is a simple task. This took me 53 minutes
You can also not sync to device memory when charging.
Unfortunately we have to use this. But whoever is responsible for app product development needs to do a serious overhaul.

Will not connect
Followed instructions. App will not connect to my device. I can easily connect to the device via phone but not via the app. Keeps giving error.
Worthless
It can’t even find my headphones. I’ve tried several times. Deleted and redownloaded the app, connected and reconnected headphones — nothing. The phones are playing through Bluetooth and the app says that it can’t find the headphones. Ugh!
Don’t Buy H2O Audio products
This app is a piece of junk. You can’t see what music is loaded on the device. Loading music is hard, almost anything will stop the music from loading. I’ve wasted so much time trying to get music on this thing, they should be paying me to do quality control. I tried to return it because the app and even the headphones are buggy, but customer support won’t help. They lock down your ability to review their products because they know they have developed a bad product.

Works with H2O Stream 3 PRO
Just purchased a H2O Stream 3 PRO device. If you’re using Music app on your iPhone, while transferring Music you can’t receive any calls/emails/texts that will interrupt the transfer, and turn off “screen time out” in Settings. With Bluetooth on, power on your device and they’ll Pair. The company said put in Airplane Mode but I needed WiFi ON to transfer Music. No other Bluetooth devices can be nearby during transfer. Bluetooth should show connected to H2O Stream Pro. Select time limit of transfer in App. Select Playlist in Music to transfer from iPhone and start first song, App will show “Device is Loading”, the current song’s title, and a countdown clock of your selected time period, and the light on your device will be blinking continuously.

Won’t recognize Blutooth is on
This app won’t even get past part 1–recognizing my iPhone and audio pro are already in Bluetooth mode. No idea about the rest of this app, but it needs fixed
Like other reviews.
It don’t work.
Don’t update.

No connection
This app is garbage won’t connect to this headphones at all about to send it back just for this reason.
So difficult to use.
I’ve had this thing for a few months, managed to download a few songs and now cannot download any more or get rid of the few I have on there. The tech support is wanting as it’s a chat or email. I say buy another brand if you want to swim using the memory.
Won’t connect
Having very hard time connecting them to my h2o audio tri pros
No problem connecting to my phone but won’t connect to app!

Bluetooth issue
I finally figured out how to connect my phone via Bluetooth to the headphones but the app keeps saying that it isn’t connected which means now I can’t download music. It is stuck in Bluetooth not connected but my phone is connected to it.
This is an insult
Will not stay connected.
Audio must be playing before it will record. This ensures you will always miss the beginning of the audio.
You have to always be wearing the headphones to load audio.

Frustrating
This app will not connect to my TRI 2s. It endlessly searches for a device even though the headphones are already connected via BT. I even tried resetting the BT connection and trying again but it continues to search and say no devices are available. The app is unusable.
Works, But Not Seamlessly.
I got myself the Tri 2 Pro Multi-Sport bone conduction head phones. I had some trouble downloading MP3 files, and I ended up getting an adapter to get the work done since my newer Mac didn't have the right port for the wire. Before this, I used the PlayList function to get songs downloaded onto my headphones, however it doesn't work perfectly. You need for music to already be playing to start loading the music into the headphones (It records the song, not directly downloads it) but when you leave some music apps, the songs stop playing. This creates a loop. You try to start a song to start loading, but as soon as you leave the music app to go onto H2O Audio Pro, the song stops playing, and then you cannot download it. You must be swift. Another small issue is that the music plays at the volume that you recorded it. If you recorded it at 8 bars of volume, but then went up to 12 bars of volume while recording, it would be the same in equivalence when you are listening. This latter problem isn't major, you should merely play your song at max volume while recording it. Back to former problem, I wish that there could be a countdown before you start loading, and that you would still be able to load even when music isn't playing, as it takes time to leave the application and start the song. Yes, I am a blabbermouth indeed, but take little heed to these negatives of this app. The headphones themselves are amazing, and they still work as intended! Sound is very clear if you download something with good sound quality. You can feel a pleasant vibration from bass (at least from my headphones), and it is quite easy to maneuver through everything! This application merely seems slightly underdeveloped, but still works. And even if you have trouble with it, you can easily download MP3 files. I believe this company is definitely worth checking out, and their products are some of the best choices for swimmers and people who want headphones with built-in MP3 players. Their products are as compact as they are of quality, and as previously stated, are worth investing in. Michael Phelps has been known to us H2O Audio's tech, and I agree with him on that listening to music while swimming laps is much pleasureable. You no longer feel as though you are alone in a void, but instead with something new going through your head. My positive increduity and awe for the construct of this company's products gives them 5 stars, despite the small patches that must be made.

Doesn’t connect to headphones
Wow; I have the same problem as the only other review here. Just connecting it to my phones Bluetooth works fine, so I know everything is working on my end. But this awful app can’t seem to find the device that’s literally ALREADY linked up. Embarrassing. First impressions I was impressed, way to quickly destroy that cog e
