Works better than 1K hearing aids
I returned my $1000 hearing aids because they did not have the flexibility and work as well as these. I have moderate hearing loss. These are worth every dime I paid. I now have them three months and they’re working great, highly recommend.
Hearing aids don’t connect to the app
You can’t change modes, take calls, or listen to music
App doesn’t work.
They work on my iPhone and are connected via Bluetooth. They won’t connect on the App, so I cannot adjust settings. Too bad cuz the hearing aids work well, but cannot adjust volume, etc.

Doesn’t fit current iOS
This is frustrating. The instructions say turn on location services but there is no way to do so. In iOS 18, location is in privacy but the app doesn’t show up. The devices never show up in Bluetooth although app can find them but aids then turn off as if connection lost. Lots of bugs

We cannot get the app to search and find hearing aids through Bluetooth. It just searches and does not find them.

What happened to display
The app used to display levels of volume settings. It disappeared making adjustments difficult. Also there is no explanation what the MPO does or what level is set at.
Connection to hearing devices is not very reliable. Sometimes it will sync on power up and sometimes on the locate button and sometimes not at all. Very frustrating.

Hearing Evaluation
At least for me, I hear none of the frequencies for either ear. It does not appear to work.
Modes
Improve nomenclature in manual please . Modes do nothing. Charge lasted one day.
What happened?
When I first received these they were excellent. Then about 40-50 days later something changed. I believe that they changed the app. It used to show volume and power level, that feature is no longer there. Plus the self evaluation hearing test no longer adjusts the devices to my hearing. Please change your software back to what it was before.

Review
I had an easy time connecting, and the app has frequencies that are tunable. I bought and returned Bose hearing aids, because they didn’t Bluetooth with my phone. These do, cost half, and while the sound isn’t extraordinary, I can listen to news and podcasts, without having to wear headphones or earbuds. These are my first hearing aids, and they seem to work, for a fraction of what others cost. I hope they last.

App does not work
Hearing aids work pretty well by themselves, but because they cannot connect to this non-functioning app, the aids cannot change modes. The aids are sold with “support “, which isn’t support at all, it’s a warranty.
