Idk how or if it can be fixed , but my aids are constantly disconnecting and reconnecting and there’s times I’m holding my phone ! It’s so annoying !
However I do like the feature of being able to adjust them
My aids do help me to hear , which is huge for me and those trying to talk to me

Keeps disconnecting from my phone
I like the hearing aids but they don’t stay connected to my phone and Everytime I go to make an adjustment I am required to have the case close by. Ridiculous!!
Love this!
I love my new Elehear Beyond Pro hearing aids. I also love how user friendly the app is! I am very satisfied and I am thrilled to get to use my new hearing aids in conjunction with the app. I do have a request, though. I would really like to be able to control certain features more easily on my iPhone. I need a widget that I can add to my home screen to very quickly adjust noise control and volume. If ya’ll would add to the app widget features, it would really make my life easier. Thank you so much for a wonderful product!

Extremely limited connectivity range. Consistently announcing on line/off lineif I wall away from my phone more than a few feet
Extremely disappointing
This app and the hearing aids themselves seems to get worse and worse. Support has no ability to pinpoint the issues. I had hope for this company but I am extremely disappointed. We can do better than this in 2026.
