HOW IT WORKS Create an if-then plan for the habit you want to break. Name the trigger, choose a replacement action, and keep the plan ready when an urge shows up. THREE TREES FREE Your first 3 habits are free. Each habit gets its own tree, streak, check-in history, and progress. Swipe between trees and build a forest you can name. PRIVATE CHECK-INS Log each day with simple prompts for urge, mood, stress, slips, and notes. Your habit names, check-ins, triggers, and notes stay on your device. TREE GROWTH AND STREAKS Your tree grows as your streak grows. Stage-up moments use animation and haptics so progress feels visible without turning the app into noise. SMART LOCAL REMINDERS HABIT avoids notification spam. By default it schedules a consolidated daily check-in reminder and, when needed, a streak-risk reminder before the day ends. OPTIONAL HABIT COACH Use the local Coach for on-device guidance. When online Coach is enabled and you choose to use it, your message and only the context you select are processed through HABIT's authenticated service by Anthropic. HABIT Coach uses AI and is not a person, medical care, therapy, or crisis support. You can disable online processing in Settings and keep using the local Coach. HABIT PRO HABIT Pro expands your forest to 20 habit trees and adds advanced progress insights, forest personalization, and access to the online HABIT Coach subject to server-enforced monthly limits. Monthly and annual plans are available. Eligible new annual subscribers may receive a seven-day trial when the App Store confirms eligibility before purchase. PRIVACY FIRST An account is optional for the free local experience after the age-and-region check. A verified account is required before purchasing or restoring HABIT Pro. Habit data stays in the encrypted repository on your device in the current release; production sync remains disabled until its end-to-end encrypted recovery path is reviewed and verified. No ads. No ad-tech tracking. Purchases are verified through the app stores and RevenueCat. The current candidate does not configure Sentry crash reporting.
