Looking for a speed reading app because I feel very disappointed in my reading speed ability

Went to fast couldn’t even read what the app is even about slow it down sister

Best habit tracker out there

> Update: This app has just got better and better, highly recommended for anyone looking for a top quality habit tracker.

It was updated for Liquid Glass and it looks fantastic! They also added custom goals, log limits, and custom ordering of habits.

Very nice app!

Great habit tracker app that I use mainly for two things:

1. To automate logging workouts like walking or running via my Apple Watch. This habit tracker lets you set up shortcuts to log your habits automatically, which is really convenient!

2. To remind me to take my vitamins and other supplements every day. You can set up reminder notifications in the app or via shortcuts to tell you at certain times of the day if you forgot to log habits.

I also like the fact that you can add habits on days in the past just in case you do forget, which helps keep your streaks alive!

Widget

Love the app but I think the widget needs bug-fixing

Love the aesthetic!

The Liquid Glass look is super clean and modern. However, as a Mac user, it feels a bit clunky. I much prefer using on my iPhone. Really love the shortcut integrations for automations.

overall good app

can you please add feature to export data?

I Love This App

I paid for pro, and it was an excellent investment. Love the UI and how easy it is to use, the icon and color choices, the aesthetic, everything. I would just ask to organize habits by more than date & title, perhaps by category too, or even manually, in a future update. But that's not a big deal for how much I love about it. Great app

EDIT: You can now custom order habits manually using drag-and-drop: Just select the “Custom Order” option from the Sort Habits By menu! Thanks for your feedback on that :) —— Thanks for the glowing review! Feedback noted 🫡

Almost Perfect

The design of this app is great, but there are a few features missing that take me back to a different one: I’d love to see the ability to start the week on Mondays instead of Sundays, have custom icons on custom categories (and have categories be just one bar across, only symbols no words), and to see an exact labelled calendar of how many completions I did on which days (could just be in charts or stats).

Response from developer

Thanks a lot for your helpful feedback! The app uses the system setting for the first day of the week. If you want to change it to Monday, you can do that in the iOS Settings app and then Habits will update accordingly: Go to iOS Settings > General > Language & Region > First Day of Week. There’s currently no calendar, but you can however see the number of entries in past days already in charts: To see charts for a given habit, just tap the grid in the main list. To see the number of entries on individual days, you can touch and hold your finger down on a chart and move it left/right and a “lollipop” with the exact date and number of entries logged on that day will show up.

Worthwhile investment

I paid for the premium version. The UI is simple and satisfying to use. Tracking my habits on this app is personally more motivating than using pen and paper.

Response from developer

Thanks for your review and investment, very much appreciated!

Almost perfect app

The UI is very easy to understand, and I never feel lost trying to find my habits. The price is phenomenal $9.99 a year is amazing, especially considering the quality of the app. I also love the variety of images available to help differentiate individual habits. The ability to automatically mark habits by connecting my watch is a huge plus. (Lots more great little features)

My only small issue is with habit ordering. Currently, habits can only be sorted by date added or alphabetically, which makes adding a new habit into my daily routine a bit of a chore, giving me an option to drag and drop habits would help.

Great for increasing, not decreasing

This app is not so bad to help you pick up a habit, but I’m not seeing within the app where to kill a habit such as smoking. The goal is only rewarding when it’s increased not decreased. That or the app is designed in a way I’m not finding it.

you cant do anything without pro

literally all you can do without paying is make ONE habit and click a button to show if you did it or not. you cant even look at your progress in detail without pro. its not worth it you might as well just track yourself on a piece of paper

Response from developer

ok, have fun with your pen and paper buddy 👍

Free but can’t do anything

Don’t offer a free version of this

Response from developer

Yes, the app is paywalled, which is written in the app description. There are plenty of other fully free habit trackers on the App Store if that’s what you want.

Intuitive and helpful visuals

UPDATE: Excellent app now that it works. Provides a great visual to keep me motivated to keep streaks alive and build my grid.

Previous review:
Every time I select the button on the main screen to create a shot, the app crashes, making it completely useless. This is despite deleting and redownloading the app or restarting my phone.

Crashes every time

Aesthetic but seems to offer only 1 type of habit.

Needs some differentiation between something that can only happen 1 x a day (like get up early) and something that can happen multiple times (like drink water)…

Looks promising…

Love the clean UI and fonts.
Just needs multiple reminders for each Habit. E.g.: “Drinking water” ( other than via Shortcuts ) should be reminded multiple times a day… but can’t. Looking forward to this improvement in the future. Keep it up! 👍🏼

Response from developer

Thanks for your feedback! The in-app reminders are pretty basic, but you can create your own much more powerful notifications using the Shortcuts app (for example, you could set it to only show reminders if you haven’t already logged a habit that day). Please check out the guide in “Settings > Reminder Notifications” to get started. And that way you can set as many notifications per day as you like :) Happy to help you if you’re unfamiliar with Shortcuts, feel free to send me an email about it.
