Best app needs more people to see it
This app have helped me scroll less and be more productive and build a routine that benefits mentally and physically
Good insights and easy to use
The insights are helpful and helped me recognize what was actually impacting my mood everyday. Allowing me to pick the time for the reminder is very helpful so I can time it when I’m winding down for the day.
