全てのデータが消えた

4年くらい使っていたが、いきなり使えなくなり新規登録をしてくださいと出たので登録をしたところ、全ての記録が消えた。遺憾。

メンテナンス中

ずっとメンテナンス中で開けないんですが、、いつまでメンテなんですか？

使いたいのですが…

子どもがHAEの疑いがあり、発作が出たためインストール、使用しようとしましたが、認証コードを入力してもエラーが出て全く使えませんでした。

便利かなと思ってインストールしてみたのですが…
まずは使える状態にしていただきたいです。

使えなくなった

体調管理や注射の管理でとても重宝していましたが、突然エラーが出て使えなくなり困っております。
そして、今まで入力していた情報は残るのでしょうか…
通院記録や発作時の日時も入れていたので、消滅してしまうのは非常に困ります。
どうか今までの記録は残るよう、ご改善頂けましたら幸いです。

本当は星5付けたいのですが、
使えなくなり困ってしまったので、

全てのデータが消えた

今まで入力してきたデータが全て消えていました。 ログインを促すようなメッセージが出てきたのでログインを試みるも、はじかれてしまいログインもできないです。次回の診察時に使用した注射の本数などが報告できず、困っています。
