No tracking?
I have found that I don’t see any way that I can track my packages. I do not like this. You all need some kind of tracking for your customers. How do I know if my package has even been processed and sent out?

The clothes look nothing like shown on the pictures, terrible quality and fitting. Difficult to obtain a refund, I am still chasing my refund from an order placed 20th December.

You can't go wrong ordering items from HaffPrice, the site has a 50% reduction on all the items they sell and very often the reduction is even better than half price. Every time I have ordered, the items have arrived well packed and in perfect condition and quite often they arrive well within the stated delivery date. A couple of occasions I've not been happy with the item I have received and HaffPrice have immediately rectified the issue even though the problem had nothing to do with themselves, but with the trader. I've even received a £30 discount voucher as a way of apologising about the issue. That's great customer service that is extremely hard to beat.
