I was sceptical at first about this. I thought this might be a scam, but after I did a survey and actually made money and cashed out, I’ve been addicted to this game

Survey disqualification
When you are able to do the surveys, it is nice to be able to have some extra pocket change. However, that’s IF you even get to finish or even start a survey. The app is constantly giving me surveys I don’t qualify for or ones that i’ll get halfway through and then they decide to kick me from it. it’s getting to the point of pure frustration considering EVERY survey i’ve tried this morning alone has done both of those things to me. I get midway through the survey thinking I finally found one that’s working but then it doesn’t. It just doesn’t make sense to me considering the app asks all these questions about you, and suggest to turn things on for accurate survey placements but quite literally think it’s just gotten worse.

Has gone RAPIDLY downhill
This used to be a great app. I’ve been using it for years. But it’s now unusable. I can’t do any surveys (empty feed) or cash out. I contacted support as the error message suggests, but they seem to be unwilling or unable to tell me what the problem is or fix it. It’s been about a month now.
I’m not the only person with this exact same issue.
Plus, they clearly don’t read reviews when posting their replies. What’s the point of telling me to contact support when my review CLEARLY states that I already have and that they have been of no help?
