This app for my pharmacy no longer works. One day it just stopped working and is giving me an error message that says
This specific functionality is not designed for large screens. Please use a smaller screen to view it. I only want to access my pharmacy , it’s so important to me.
iPads aren’t large screens. I tried to get customer service to help me get this fixed but after numerous times and being disconnected multiple times from customer service I have given up. The app works unless I want to view my pharmacy. It’s always been a pretty bad app anyways. Wished it could be fixed. Now I just go on the web and use there internet site.

Latest release broken on iPad
Used to be able to review and fill prescriptions on an iPad, now the prescriptions screen just shows a message that this function is designed for a smaller screen, please switch to a smaller screen to use.

Minor with Rx
Trying to link pharmacy account sends me in circles of errors. Difficult to navigate adding a minor who can’t have pharmacy access on her own. She is supposed to have HIPPA to protect her, yet too young to hold account. They can’t manage their own account yet have privacy. Useless hurdle to birth control access.

I used to have the app on my Home Screen. As of a few days ago it’s not there and there’s no way to contact anyone to fix the problem. No customer support it technical halo. It’s a pain!
Doesn't Work after Update
Latest update has made the app unusable. Will randomly load forever when searching items, and will never load the cart.

When you tap the support icon it goes to the app
In the App Store you find the Haggen application. There is an icon for support. If you tap that icon you are sent to the application. No support just the application.

I enjoy Haggen’s grocery shopping & have always found fresh fruit & vegetables; it is clean, well stocked. Their employees have always been friendly, efficient & helpful. Thank you! Lucky Duck

Why did the pharmacy section get removed? It was literally the only useful part of the app.
Hate it
Loved the old stand alone pharmacy app. This one is a nightmare to navigate and now I get all notifications via email instead of via text message. They dropped including what the cost will be on top of everything else. Why companies continue attempts to fix what’s not broken is beyond me.
Useless
Downloaded the app two days ago and it’s still “searching for stores”. Deleted the app and re installed and it went right back to spinning search, no way to exit or cancel. Can’t use app at all.

The pharmacy part of this app never worked for me. Please bring back the standalone pharmacy app.

I still enter my phone number instead of trying to scan the QR code at checkout. Otherwise, everything now works as it should, and I’m seeing results at the checkout stand.
On the whole a nice app
I have used this app 3 times. On the whole this is a great app. I would like to see at check out another area for special instructions. I need to say do not over load my bags as I am disabled and can’t lift heavy bags up the stairs where I live.
