Terrible app
What’s the point keeping an app on the App Store that doesn’t work? Apparently it was discontinued 2021 so why can I still download it. Bought a bike thinking I could use this but it’s useless.

All other brands of bikes have easy access to their bikes, yet I can’t find any to connect to my Haibike. Mental how they stopped the service.

As others have noted this app is truly awful! It will not let you enter a mobile number. Since others have pointed this out and they haven’t bothered to fix it it is a sure sign that future customer service for their product will be equally awful

Can’t register
Ok, I think I figured it out. After trying a dozen phone combinations if you just type in zero it takes you to the country or region options. The United States is not one of them! So unless they add that to the region and accept the +1 as the country code those of us that live in the USA cannot register. It doesn’t appear that they’ve updated the app or anything in years!!! I hope that they do at some point. Disappointing that there’s no USA region or support.

I have just purchased a new Haibike and was told about the app to support the bike. Unfortunately the app lets you register but then won’t let you login. It’s about as good as a wet paper bag.

Can’t register eConnect for my Haibike nduro 5.0
After spending £5.500 on a bike with GPS Tracking as a really good feature for me wanting to buy this bike. Haibike produce an app that you can’t use, it won’t let me register my brand new bike. Absolutely piss poor. Sort it out Haibike, not happy😡
App don’t work
Have just bought a 2021 Haibike with all the bells & whistles only to find that the e connect isn’t working, it won’t connect no GPS signal. I contact the bike shop to help & they blame my connection is poor area, not good enough Haibike you need to get this sorted.
