DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Says the sensor is paired but it’s not syncing. Just a yellow triangle that says “never synced”.
When I go to my Bluetooth settings it will go on and off “connected” and “not connected” we’ve done everything we could and this is the last day to start the clinical trial I’m in. If it isn’t fixed today then I can’t continue the trial.
Not sure if the IOS 17.1 update has something to do with it but it’s extremely frustrating that I missed spending time with my 1 year old son and in laws that drove 3 hours just to spend time with their grandson. I wasted 6.5 hours syncing this crap piece of plastic that won’t even work.

Why it’s not working!
Promising but not syncing
Like this app and easy set up but won’t sync with my health app. Doing manual entries and want this days to show in health App
Cannot sync with Health app
Sync error when try to switch on Sync within the app, despite being set to ‘on’ in Health app. Also, my Spiriva is 2 puffs once a day but this is not an option in the app, so I cannot set this medication.
