Hi Carli, Thank you for your feedback. Our ready-made templates require an active subscription to access, and every plan includes a specific allocation of AI credits. The required credit cost for each generation is always clearly displayed upfront before you generate. Once the credits included in your subscription are used up, purchasing additional credits is required to continue generating. However, if your subscription's initial credits did not show up in your account after purchasing, please reach out via Settings > Send Feedback so we can check your account and fix this immediately! — Hailuo AI Team
