I want my money back
Wanted to check it out didn’t liked it and so I cancelled my subscription within the trial but still got booked the full price of the subscription! Can someone explain this?

Signed up for a free 7 day trial on Tuesday 18th and cancelled on Wednesday 19th. On checking my bank they had taken £12.99!! Opened a case with my bank and Apple. Tried to email HairApp but email Bounced back. AVOID!

The app said that there was a 7 day free trial but as I thought since it didn’t say 0 dollars at checkout, it tried taking 13 dollars from me.
Terrible app
I willingly paid for it and it had so few hairstyle options. The ai generated reseals of what they do have are terrible. Dont get it, dont waste your time or money
Misleading and will charge you to trial!
The app is incredibly misleading. When you first download the app, it says “get your trial” and “your 7-day trial is enabled” and then prompts you to “start your 7-day full access” and then it charges you! It is NOT a trial, and it is NOT free! I got started, used it for maybe 10min (and didn’t like the features) and then unsubscribed and deleted the app. I was charged $22.99 more than a week later.
I do NOT recommend, have complained to Apple for a refund and for the app to be made more transparent. The way this app is set up is incredibly manipulative, making you think that you get to trial it for the 7 days, and then charging you for it.

Don’t use this app it will advertise for free for 7 days as trial but than immediately take the money from your account !!!!!
Give me back my money!
I downloaded and deleted this app on the same day. Said yes to the free trial and cancelled it all on the same day. Yet 10 days later i still get charged. Looking at the reviews i saw one as early as March with the same situation. Fix this app or delete it. You obviously don’t care about your customers.

You’ll get charged regardless of the free trial, don’t do it. They won’t give you a refund either, and Apple can’t do anything about it.

Waste of time
It doesn’t really show you style fit for your face. You can’t ask it to combine a certain length with bangs with a certain color or style. I have black hair but if I choose the blunt cut, suddenly it makes me ash blonde. Or sometimes the style looks totally different from what you chose.

Absolutely waste of time! I should have listened to the reviews. Continuously asking you ti rate the app before you’ve even tried it! Kept taking me to the App Store to leave a review . If you read the reviews their response is the same to everyone and they ask you to re-consider and leave a 5 star review! So obviously it’s the only thing important to them! Don’t waste your time! Chat GP will show you how you look with different hair styles and colour for free!

Awful app
Thought it was a free trial then found out I just paid 13$ instead of 14$. On top of that everything is so obviously ai and unrealistic. Every hairstyle looks nothing like what it says it is and it doesn’t even use your hair. Genuinely one of the worst apps I’ve seen
