Misleading and Deceptive Presentation
I was led to believe that I was signing up for a 7 day free trial and then charged. I immediately cancelled the subscription and unistalled the app however mu refund was denied

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE OR ATTEMPT THE FREE TRIAL! The app continues to charge me a subscription fee when my Apple account shows this account was unsubscribed from the free trial. I have attempted multiple times to reach out to Apple support and the customer service team on the app and have gotten no where! No one can stop the charge if you don’t pay it the App Store is locked up from downloading any new apps or purchases! Terrible app and shame on the creator whose getting rich off fraudulent charges and stealing from customers

Don’t fall for the free trial they promise you will be charged. And then no one responds from their customer service.

Muestran publicidad de cosas que su app no puede hacer. Te dicen que la puedes probar en su versión premium y puedes cancelar antes de que se agote el periodo de prueba pero aún después de cancelar te cobran. Pedí un reembolso el mismo día que me hicieron el cobro y me lo negaron. . Es injusto que engañen a sus usuarios de esa forma y que la App Store lo permita. I feel scammed
No clear information about the charges. Downloaded the app not even for a day, CANCELLED straight away because it was not what i was expecting, and now i get charges $19.99. Refund declined. This is a joke.

The 7 day free trial is a SCAM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. They advertise it’s free however upon subscribing to the trial, they charge you immediately. False advertisement. Don’t even bother to email them either, they do not respond. Please make sure you report this app.
Charged during the free trial after cancelling
I signed up for the seven day free trial and cancelled the subscription the same day,within hours, because the app didn’t do what I expected. Despite cancelling during that trail period, I was charged 17.99$ three days later - before the trail had even ended. I never used the app after that first day. Two refund requests were declined. Be very careful with the trail terms here.

Fool me once
This app fooled me and that rarely happens. It charged me $13 for a 7 day “trial” that i thought would be free. The functionality on the app is fine but really there’s not enough variety of choices.
