Shady and will charge you subscription before trial ends

I was charged $12.99 3 days before the free trail expires. I cancelled my auto subscription the day I downloaded the app and shouldn’t have been charged ANYTHING. Apple refused to refund after two attempts. Shade business practice and shame on Apple for allowing this! Will report to my bank. BEWARE!
