Is there a 0 stars? Wish I would’ve checked beforehand…

Usually I’m super nice on these, but not this time. I truly wish I would’ve read all the reviews prior. It offers free trial then charges you $12.99. Maybe consider offering people a refund who you tricked? Just a thought. Very frustrating and terrible management in my opinion.
