Disappointing
Such an annoying app! Doesn’t let me checkout no matter how much I try. And buffers while I’m trying to checkout. Heated up my phone so much. The whole checkout section needs to be improved!
App doesn’t work?
I downloaded the app and signed in first thing, it froze on the sign in page. I closed the app and tried to reopen it but now it’s permanently stuck on the loading page with the logo. I’ve tried everything; deleting and redownloading the app, restarting my phone, leaving it overnight to see if it would resolve itself - still stuck on that loading page. Reading other reviews it seems like this has been an issue for at least a few months 😬 disappointing as their website is so hard to load on my phone lol.

Non-Existent Customer Service
I have been trying to contact them regarding an order placed almost one week ago that hasn't shipped yet, but there is no way to get ahold of someone so you are stuck talking to a stupid bot! Good job, Hairhouse! After taking our money, you leave us to fend for ourselves! I regret buying from you. Had I known this would happen, I would have purchased from Myers instead
