Disappointing
Such an annoying app! Doesn’t let me checkout no matter how much I try. And buffers while I’m trying to checkout. Heated up my phone so much. The whole checkout section needs to be improved!
App doesn’t work?
I downloaded the app and signed in first thing, it froze on the sign in page. I closed the app and tried to reopen it but now it’s permanently stuck on the loading page with the logo. I’ve tried everything; deleting and redownloading the app, restarting my phone, leaving it overnight to see if it would resolve itself - still stuck on that loading page. Reading other reviews it seems like this has been an issue for at least a few months 😬 disappointing as their website is so hard to load on my phone lol.

Non-Existent Customer Service
I have been trying to contact them regarding an order placed almost one week ago that hasn't shipped yet, but there is no way to get ahold of someone so you are stuck talking to a stupid bot! Good job, Hairhouse! After taking our money, you leave us to fend for ourselves! I regret buying from you. Had I known this would happen, I would have purchased from Myers instead

New APP
Loving this new app. So so so simple to use and actually easier than the website. I’m hooked and glad I got it. Just didn’t get my 10% discount for using the app.
App won’t launch
App won’t launch and just hangs on initial “H” page. App support just goes to a frequently asked questions vs being able to report a bug.
Needs improvement
Just downloaded the app and it wouldn’t even let me sign in to my account, it just kept loading. Deleted the app and downloaded it again and now the app won’t even load

Easy app to navigate. Great to be able to find closest store and love being able to see my point balance for rewards

I’m a long time customer of Hairhouse and this new app is a game changer for booking my appointments. It’s so easy to keep track of my style society points and so simple to use to purchase all my favourite products. Brillant app and highly recommended!

Convenient and easy to use
I downloaded the Hairhouse app for the convenience of being able to shop and manage my regular salon appointments, very easy to use and I am able to view my loyalty points and see how much I need to spend before my next reward, bonus!
