Hi there, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. If you’ve purchased multiple try-ons, you can access all of your generated styles in the Gallery tab. If they’re still appearing as locked, it sounds like there may be an issue with your account or purchase. Please email us at support@glancely.app with the email address you used for your purchase (and, if possible, a screenshot of what you’re seeing). We’ll investigate the issue and make sure you receive everything you’ve paid for as quickly as possible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll do our best to get this resolved for you.

Hi there, Thank you so much for your feedback! This kind of input really helps us improve Glancely for you and everyone else. We’ve just released a new version that addresses the points you mentioned. We’ve completely redesigned the Try On experience to make it simpler and more intuitive. Hairstyle thumbs are now much larger, and each style includes its name and additional details to help you better understand the look. We’ve also added comprehensive filters to the hairstyle catalog, so you can easily browse styles by length (short, medium, long), texture, and many other characteristics. For multi-angle results, you’ll need to upload up to three photos (for example, front, left, and right). This allows us to generate a much more accurate and realistic preview of your chosen hairstyle from multiple angles. After generating your try-on, you can find it in the Gallery tab. Each result now includes hairstyle information that you can easily share with your hairdresser or hairstylist during your appointment. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts.
