Could be improved

Sometimes it gets disconnected from the devices and becomes difficult to reconnect which is very frustrating.

Electricity consumption

Hi team The app works wonderfully and had been running smoothly. However, for the past 3 days, I have not been able to see the electricity consumption units for my air conditioner, even though this feature was working perfectly before.I contacted customer support, but they said they could not do anything about the issue and did not even register my complaint. Disappointed with the lack of support. I hope the team addresses this issue and improves the customer service experience.

Hi there,our engineers team has identified the root cause-server side data loss occurred due to overload from the large surge in AC data volume.And we have since scaled up sever capacity to resolve the issue.Please continue to monitor the APP performance.Please contact us if any problem persist.

KWH consumption stopped working

The app has many bugs.. first is kwh consumption stopped after 10-12 days.. connection is there and everything works just consumption is not monitoring. Second ai eco mode has to be enabled each time i turn on ac and if I use remote.. all settings are gone which ai set from the app.

Advanced mode is grayed out and not working. AI mode is not working on phone.

Worst App

This app has so many glitches with Robot Vaccum Cleaner CIVIC X11 PRO. Mopping option does not work. Water pumping stops. Sometimes resetting the device and recreating map solves the issue. Some times it does not. The map data corrupts and occasional creation of map is required.

Advance option , showing like hidden file

Al climate control, advanced self cleaning, timer, sleep curve etc , showing hidden functions, it’s not functioning

Dear users, we have two ways of binding, if the page shows bluetooth, it means you only use bluetooth to connect, the function couldn't use. you can binding by wifi, then you could use these functions. Thank you for supporting Haier.

Kindly add options to turn on device on any of the eco mode. Right now it always start on normal mode.

Not optimal

The Robot vacuum on the app is buggy at best. Doesn’t display properly.

After update my ac is not binding with the app

Ive been using smart since the day i installed the ac in my room and after update wifi is connecting to ac but not binding in app

Add all the features to AC control

I don’t know why all the functions in the remote control does not reflect on the app, I don’t know what’s the point of the app if I will have to still yet use the remote control to remove the light from the AC!! Just add all the features how hard that can be?

Perfect app for all smart appliances of haier

After using this application its very easy to operate all smart appliances in my house. Also you can take voucher benefit with daily use and checking. Easy to use and user friendly app.
